Enhancements throughout our value stream and supply chain will provide users with reduced cycle time, superior product reliability and customer focused services.

MTI has established a training policy and program to broaden skill sets and capabilities of the employees, measure competence and progress, and institute and improve process controls.

The training program is an on-going evaluation and re-evaluation process. As an example, Company wide sessions are held on ESD criteria. These sessions included training and testing for all employees.
